Alma works as a freelance designer, specializing in logos, banners, business needs, and wedding invites. She has worked as a designer for FranklinCovey and has been teaching Illustrator classes since March 2008.
Course Description
Most students who take this class have had very little experience working in Illustrator. We’ll start fresh with an introduction of the most used tools with emphasis on the pen tool, and the most common palettes. You’ll learn how to apply the basics of Illustrator to create your own digital papers, backgrounds, stamps and die-cuts. After you've created your scrapbooking elements, you will lay them out in your preferred digi scrapping program to create a digital scrapbook page.
Class Requirements
A laptop must be brought to every class with illustrator CS4 or CS5 downloaded. (You can download a free 30-Day trial for the class from adobe.com.)
